- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 7 oz Heavy Cream
- 3.5 oz White Chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- ⅓ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Sugar
- 1 package Ladyfinger Biscuits (savoiardi)
- 1.5 cups Raspberry Juice or Raspberry Liqueur
- 1.5 cups Fresh Raspberries, plus extra for topping
- White Chocolate Shavings or Curls, for garnish
Prepare the Cream Layer
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Then stir in the cooled, melted white chocolate until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Tiramisu
In a serving dish or individual glasses, arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top. Add a layer of raspberries, then repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
