Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the fresh raspberries under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.
  • Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill silicone molds with the yogurt mixture, leaving a little space at the top.
  • Place one or two raspberries into each yogurt-filled mold, pressing them down gently.
  • Transfer the molds to the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt bites from the molds. If they are stuck, you can run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release them.
  • Place the Raspberry Yogurt Bites in an airtight container and store them in the freezer until ready to serve.
