Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound frozen pineapple
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup almond or coconut milk Use full-fat canned coconut milk for a creamier texture.
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Thaw the bag of frozen pineapple on the counter for 20 minutes to break down easier.
  • Add the pineapple to the blender with the other ingredients, blend until thick and creamy.
  • Serve immediately or transfer to a zipper bag, freeze for 30 minutes, and then pipe into serving dishes.
  • If there are leftovers, seal the bag and freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes
