Use full-fat canned coconut milk for a creamier texture.

Instructions
Thaw the bag of frozen pineapple on the counter for 20 minutes to break down easier.
Add the pineapple to the blender with the other ingredients, blend until thick and creamy.
Serve immediately or transfer to a zipper bag, freeze for 30 minutes, and then pipe into serving dishes.
If there are leftovers, seal the bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
