Ingredients
  

Sausage Ball Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage, uncooked
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups Bisquick
  • 1 container (12-oz) pimento cheese (Palmetto Cheese)

Instructions
 

Sausage Ball Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I use my KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook attachment)
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18 - 22 minutes, or until brown.

Notes

Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add a few minutes to the baking time.
