Fruits and Spices
- 2 cups chopped papaya
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 small carrot
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2.5 cups water
Preparation
Wash and peel the skin of papaya, pineapple and carrot, chop them into cubes.
Blend everything with spices and water in a blender. Make sure to blend the carrot well. Strain it and enjoy with or without ice.
If you want you can add sugar or sweetener of your choice.
