Fruits and Spices

  • 2 cups chopped papaya
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 small carrot
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2.5 cups water

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the skin of papaya, pineapple and carrot, chop them into cubes.
  • Blend everything with spices and water in a blender. Make sure to blend the carrot well. Strain it and enjoy with or without ice.
  • If you want you can add sugar or sweetener of your choice.
