Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with baking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, sour cream, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed and gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 65-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Serve with salted butter or a glaze of confectioners' sugar and lemon juice for extra flavor.
