Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces beef steaks (sirloin or ribeye) about 200g each
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup beef or chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, then let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and rest.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds, scraping brown bits.
  • Add cream, stock, Dijon mustard, and thyme. Simmer gently until thickened.
  • Return steaks and coat with sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Use Juicy Marbles Vegan Steak or portobello mushrooms for a plant-based version. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or garlic bread for a steakhouse-style meal.
