Steak and Vegetables
- 2 strip steaks strip steaks
- 1 tablespoon Avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 large zucchini cut into smaller pieces
- 10 oz grape tomatoes
- 1 bag frozen cheese tortellini 19 oz bag + water
- ¼ cup Buffalo Wild Wing's Parmesan Garlic sauce
- Heath Rile's Garlic Butter Seasoning
Cooking Instructions
Cut steaks into cubes. Cut zucchini into smaller pieces and slice an onion.
Heat griddle over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil and add all veggies. Season with Heat Rile’s Garlic Butter seasoning. Add steak to griddle and season with the same seasoning.
Add one bag of frozen tortellini to the griddle and pour some water on the tortellini. Cover the tortellini with a griddle dome and let cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender.
Once tortellini is cooked, quickly stir in some Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce and then remove tortellini from the griddle.
Stir veggies and steak until both are cooked to your liking. Top tortellini with the veggies and steak. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
