Instructions
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayo, mustard, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.
Add the minced garlic, fresh dill, and fresh parsley, stirring to distribute the herbs throughout the dressing.
Season the dressing mixture with sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine.
Add the diced celery and sliced green onions, folding gently into the dressing.
Add the cubed chicken to the dressed vegetable mixture, folding gently until all chicken pieces are evenly coated.
Taste and adjust seasonings if needed before serving.
Notes
Let the dressing sit for a minute before adding vegetables to infuse flavors.
