Ingredients
  

  • 1 cups crispy crowns (aka tater rounds) or tater tots
  • 0.5 cups warm scrambled eggs can adjust to ¾ cup
  • cup canned sausage gravy
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the crispy crowns according to your preference until they're cooked through and crispy. Heat up the sausage gravy.
  • Add the crispy potatoes to a waiting bowl, or plate. Top with scrambled eggs.
  • Spoon gravy over top, and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Add salt & pepper to taste, serve warm & enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to feed several people or even a crowd. For a crowd, set this up buffet style for self-assembly. If crispy crowns are unavailable, tater tots or crispy hash brown patties can be used.
