Crumble Topping

  • 100 grams butter softened
  • 80 grams brown sugar preferably cane sugar
  • 50 grams almond flour
  • 50 grams shredded coconut
  • 100 grams all-purpose flour

Bananas

  • 4 pieces bananas sliced

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C (thermostat 6).
  • In a bowl, gently mix the butter, brown sugar, almond flour, shredded coconut, and all-purpose flour. Let the crumble dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then crumble it.
  • Place the sliced bananas in ramekins or a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.

Baking

  • Bake at 170°C (thermostat 6) in a fan oven until the crumble is lightly browned, approximately 20 minutes.
