Ingredients
  

Noodles & Vegetables

  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles 3 oz each
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 package coleslaw mix 14 oz

Chicken & Seasonings

  • 2 pieces skinless boneless chicken breasts sliced into bite sized strips
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger peeled and shredded
  • cup chicken broth
  • cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Bring medium size pan of water to boil. Add Ramen noodles and cook them according to package directions. Drain and stir in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet heat 2 tablespoon vegetable oil over high heat. Add chicken and cook until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Add broccoli, coleslaw mix, and garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes. Add ginger and fry for another two minutes.
  • Meanwhile in a mixing bowl combine chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend and mix until blended.
  • Add chicken, Ramen noodles, broth mixture into skillet and cook until heated through.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
