Ingredients
  

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 package frozen broccoli 10 ounce
  • 1 pound chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, rice, broccoli, and chicken pieces.
  • Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch pan.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake in preheated oven for 50 - 60 minutes, until the rice has absorbed the water.
  • Top with shredded cheese and bake just until cheese melts, just a couple minutes.

This casserole is a family favorite and is easy to prepare with minimal clean-up.
