Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
  • ½ small white or yellow onion, diced (about ⅓ cup)
  • 2 dill pickles, diced
  • ½ tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all of the ingredients until combined and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy immediately made into a sandwich with your favourite bread or as a wrap, or as a snack with crackers. Store in the fridge for up to two days.

Notes

This recipe is easy to customize! Add more mayo if you like it creamier; for more crunch, add more pickles or swap in celery; for more dill flavor, add more dill.
